Last updated: 7 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from taxwealthnot.work. The seller is Amarco International Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 3494215, registered office 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP), trading as Tax Wealth Not Work; email support@taxwealthnot.work. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Our products
Every garment is printed to order after you buy it; we hold no finished stock. Colours on screen are a guide and can vary slightly from the printed garment. Sizes are described on each product page and on the sizing page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Amarco International Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery is charged at the rate shown in your cart and on Stripe's checkout page before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Your order and our contract
When you pay, you are offering to buy the items in your order. Our contract with you is formed when we send the order to print, which normally happens immediately after payment. If we cannot accept your order (for example, a garment becomes unavailable from our print partner) we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery areas, rates and estimated times are on the shipping page. Estimated times are not guaranteed. The garments are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel, return and to a remedy for faulty goods are set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
The journal
Articles in the journal are commentary on public policy. They are not tax, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on them without taking professional advice about your own circumstances.
Intellectual property
The designs, artwork, text and journal articles on this site belong to Amarco International Ltd or its licensors. You may quote short extracts from the journal with a link to the source. You may not reproduce the designs on goods.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you have a complaint, write to support@taxwealthnot.work first; we reply within two working days.
