Who we are

This website is operated by Amarco International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 3494215, registered office 78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP), trading as Tax Wealth Not Work. Amarco International Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@taxwealthnot.work.

What we collect and why

When you buy something

Your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and the items you order. We need this to take payment, have your garments printed and delivered, and keep records the law requires. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you, and our legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

Card and wallet details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you subscribe

Your email address, so we can send new journal articles. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

When you contact us

Your name, email address and message, so we can reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

When you browse

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Your cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us until you check out.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and Stripe, Inc.: payment processing, fraud prevention and receipts.
  • Teemill Tech Ltd (and the print partners it uses): printing, packing and shipping your order, including courier tracking updates.
  • Couriers and postal services: delivering your parcel.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, database and security.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: six years from the end of the financial year of the order, as UK tax law requires.
  • Messages: up to two years after our last exchange.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe; we then keep only a suppression record so we do not email you again.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to support@taxwealthnot.work; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
