Returns and cancellations

Every garment is printed for the person who ordered it, so we would rather help you choose the right size before you order than reprint afterwards. If you are unsure, see the sizing guide or write to support@taxwealthnot.work first.

Free returns within 28 days

You can cancel your order or return items free of charge from within the United Kingdom up to 28 days after your order is dispatched.

• Items must come back clean, unmarked and in a condition we can resell.
• We cannot accept items that have been washed or worn, unless they are defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are like for like: the same product in a different size or colour. They are free. If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we will offer you alternatives or, if none suits you, a refund.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

If a garment arrives defective, damaged in delivery or misprinted, email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at our expense.

This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle you to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. For faults present at delivery you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not put things right, to a refund or a price reduction.

How to return an item

1. Email support@taxwealthnot.work with your order number and the items you are returning or exchanging.
2. We send you a Freepost returns label from our production partner. If you do not have a printer, the label comes with a QR code you can show at the Post Office instead.
3. Post the parcel and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned items.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason, and to return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Our 28-day free returns period goes beyond this and does not reduce it.

If you cancel under the Regulations, we refund the price of the goods and the delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof of postage if that is sooner. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than was needed to check them. You can cancel by emailing us, or by using the model cancellation form below; you do not have to use it.
