Some graphics explain an idea with an illustration. Geometric Signal reduces the idea to structure.
The phrase “Tax Wealth, Not Work” is arranged as an architectural public-information mark: directional forms, hard alignments and controlled geometric tension give the message the visual authority of a civic signal rather than the informality of a slogan.
The result is intentionally immediate. From a distance, the garment reads as contemporary constructivist design. At closer range, the economic argument becomes clear.
Created for people who value typography, composition and political meaning in equal measure.
Design Story
Geometric Signal is built from the visual language of instructions, warnings and public systems.
Its composition draws on constructivist geometry, Bauhaus typography, twentieth-century transport graphics and institutional information design. Angled forms create movement. Repeated alignments establish order. The limited palette gives the message clarity without turning the garment into conventional campaign merchandise.
Unlike a figurative design, Geometric Signal does not depend on a single symbol. The composition itself becomes the symbol. Text, line, shape and negative space work together to transform a political proposition into a recognisable visual signal.
The central statement remains direct:
TAX WEALTH
NOT WORK
The design is intended to be legible, repeatable and visually distinctive across product formats while remaining recognisably part of the Structural Matrix suite.
Economic Context
The artwork expresses a distinction between income generated through work and very large stocks of accumulated private wealth.
Within the brand’s policy framework, the phrase “Tax Wealth, Not Work” refers to shifting part of the tax burden away from ordinary productive work and towards extreme net wealth above a high threshold.
Where the design includes the £10 million threshold or the 99.96% / 0.04% relationship, those figures represent the specific policy framework adopted by the brand. They must not be presented as universal features of every wealth-tax proposal.
The geometric treatment reinforces the argument by presenting it as a structural design question rather than a personal accusation: how should a tax system distribute its burden, and what should it protect?

• To support shifting taxation away from ordinary work and towards extreme accumulated wealth.
• To choose a conversation piece without party branding or personality-led campaigning.
• To combine an interest in constructivism, typography and public-information graphics with economic commentary.
• To wear a design intended to remain relevant beyond a single news cycle.
About taxwealthnot.work
taxwealthnot.work creates premium apparel around one economic proposition: ordinary work should not bear a heavier tax burden than extreme accumulated wealth.
Each garment combines contemporary graphic design, researched economic context and responsibly produced materials. The aim is not confrontation. It is to make complex economic questions visible, understandable and easier to discuss.
